Take Back The Republican Party, like 80% of Americans, recognizes that our lax immigration laws over the past 25 years has put an incredibly dangerous burden on the backs of the American Taxpayer.

Recent accounts tell us that some 15+ MILLION people are living in America illegally. These illegals are working at jobs that need to be performed by US citizens. They earn money, much of which is sent back to their families in their native land. This causes a tremendous redistribution of American wealth. Dollars that leave America are dollars not spent here. Dollars earned by illegals are dollars not taxed (which means higher taxes for the rest of us).

At the same time, TBTRP knows that, with the exception of Native Americans, we all are, or come from, immigrants. America is the beacon of hope and the light of freedom that all the rest of the world aspires to become, and become a part of……our standing in the rest of the world is no different than it has been. There are those that love us for being what we are and for welcoming with open arms immigrants who come here legally to make a better life for themselves and their families, and in doing so, they have and always will make America better and stronger. To come to America as an immigrant means that you want to become American. That also means that you never forget where it is you came from, but that once American, you are always American first and foremost. Then, you enrich the American fabric with the culture you bring from your native land. You don’t want to or try to change America to be like someplace else. America still is the great melting pot, and America works because we put being American ahead of all else.

Illegal immigrants do not put America first. The come here in violation of our laws. This is not acceptable. America is a nation of laws, and for us turn our back on that fundamental of our society is leading us down a path that will have catastrophic consequences both socially and economically.

Take Back The Republican Party is in favor ICE, National Guard, FBI, local law enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security deporting all illegals from America and enforcing our laws. We favor securing our borders on all fronts and forcing immigrants to America to abide by and adhere to the laws of our land.

As a result, a great financial burden will be lifted from the backs and wallets of taxpayers. Substantial wealth will be kept here at home. People currently out of work will have jobs…and yes, some of these jobs are difficult, hard work. But coupling REAL immigration reform with REAL welfare reform will make a real difference for America. Today, tomorrow and years into the future. Our hospitals and schools will be freed from the burden of having to care for and educate those that we should not be caring for or educating. This will have immediate and positive impact in areas too many to mention. This process must be started now and it must be completed. It can be done. It must be done. TBTRP and our members will see to it that it is done.
