CONTRACT FOR AMERICA’S FUTURE

I, _________________________, do on this _____ day of _________ 2009 solemnly swear to uphold and defend the future of America by agreeing to live up to and legislate up to, the Contract For America’s Future as written by Take Back The Republican Party.

Specifically, I agree to:

Vote for and sponsor legislation that cuts the Individual income tax rate on ALL Americans in accordance with Take Back The Republican Party’s goal of a 50% reduction for all taxpayers.

Vote for and sponsor legislation that cuts US Corporate income tax rates, by 50%.

Vote for and sponsor legislation that eliminates the Capital Gains Tax.

Protect and defend the laws of the United States by sponsoring and voting for legislation that immediately orders the deportation of ALL illegal aliens.  America has always welcomed immigrants that follow the laws of our land with open arms.  However, the financial burden and strain placed on our towns, cities, states, hospitals and schools by people who are in America illegally must be stopped immediately.  This includes ordering all national, state and local law enforcement agencies to find and deport ALL illegals back to their country of origin immediately.

Vote for and sponsor legislation that reforms our welfare system, requiring all people of able body and/or able mind to work and contribute (pay taxes) before being considered for any type of public assistance.  Americans are a compassionate people.  However, the social policies currently in place have NOT reduced the number of people on welfare.  In fact, these policies have failed those intended to be helped and have created generational dependency on government assistance programs.  A return to personal responsibility and self-reliance by every American is not only needed, but required.  Assistance programs will only be available to give a hand up to those people who are working hard, contributing to society, but who need temporary assistance.

Oppose and vote against any legislation that seeks to increase government involvement in the US health care system.

Sponsor and vote for legislation that removes government mandates of health care providers, insurance companies, and consumers.

Sponsor and vote for legislation that removes ALL federal unfunded mandates. These unfunded mandates put strain on state and local governments and exert undue and unnecessary influence by the federal government over state and local governments.
